At the Board meeting following the recent NZCUSA 2009 AGM, George Morris was elected Chairman.
Graham Cowan had indicated to the Board last year that he would not be seeking re-election when his current term ended, which will be at next year’s (2010) AGM. The Board is extremely appreciative that it will have the opportunity of enabling the new Chairman to get to grips with his new role while still having Graham on the Board.
On behalf of all members of NZCUSA, the Board acknowledges Graham Cowan for all he has done over the many years he has served on what was the Management Committee and then the Board.
The Board will make more formal acknowledgements in due course at 2010 AGM.
